Return Policy:
  • Because our popcorn is a fresh, perishable food product, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once it has left our facility. However, your satisfaction means the world to us, and we stand behind the quality of every batch we make.
  • If your order does not meet the high standards we promise, we’d love the opportunity to make it right. Please reach out to us at customer-service@misshannahspopcorn.com within 14 days of receiving your order so our team can assist you.

You may contact us if:

  • Your order arrived damaged (crushed packaging, broken seal, etc.)
  • The wrong item or flavor was shipped in error
  • There is a quality concern with freshness, flavor, or texture
  • You are missing part of your order

We’ll review each situation individually and work with you to find a solution — whether that’s a replacement, refund or another form of assistance. In the case of an issued refund, shipping charges will not be refunded.
